3. The appearance fabric of plush toys can be divided into plush toys, velvet plush toys, and plush stuffed toys.

Basic materials of plush toys

1. Eyes: including plastic materials, crystal eyes, cartoon eyes, fabric eyes, etc;

2. Nose: divided into plastic nose, wrapped nose, flocked nose, and matte nose.

3. Cotton: It is divided into 7D, 6D, 15D, and also into A, B, and C grades. We usually use 7D/A grades, while 6D is less commonly used. Low end products or products with strong fortifications should be used at 15D/B or C levels. 7D is very smooth and has good elasticity, while 15D is thicker and harder.

According to the fiber length, it is further divided into 64MM and 32MM cotton. The former is used for manual cotton punching, while the latter is used for machine cotton punching.

The general practice is to loosen the raw cotton by oneself, ensuring that the loosening worker operates correctly and has sufficient loosening times to fully loosen the cotton and achieve good elasticity. If the cotton loosening effect is not good, it will cause significant waste to the cotton dosage.

4. Rubber particles: This is a popular filling material nowadays. Firstly, the diameter should be greater than or equal to 3MM, and the particles should be smooth and uniform. Chinese toys usually use PE, which is a relatively environmentally friendly material.

5. Plastic accessories: Customize plastic accessories according to different toy models, such as eyes, nose, clothes buttons, and other parts. Most of them use environmentally friendly and safe plastics, which are not chemically harmful to children. However, during the sewing process, be careful not to easily fall off.
