Q: Can you add our company logo somewhere on the plush keychain to make it official?

A: No problem at all. Embroidering or printing the logo on the plush, or even adding the logo on the sewn-in label or tag, these options are all available. Just feel free to let us know.

Q: How long it will take to get our custom-made soft plush keychains done?

A: Normally is 25-30 to run the production after the order is confirmed. For the delivery, sea shipping is 35-40 days and 3-5 days by air.

Q: Would it be possible to turn our company mascot into stuffed animal key chains?

A: Yes, that’s for sure. Any shapes and sizes are welcome. Or if you do not have a character design, we also offer the plush teddy bear keychain options.

Q: Please quote us your lowest price based on our huge order quantity.

A: We'd love to make the offer and adjust based on the client's budget. However, if our offer was 20% higher than your expectation, most probably we're not the right supplier for you. Each project we quoted was based on the strict quality control standard so we need to consider these labor costs in our offer, we're not looking for the “cheapest and low-quality” business type.

Q: What was your payment term for custom-made plush keychains?

A: Our payment term for bulk orders was a 50% deposit against the order and balance before shipment. And if the client would like to transfer through a credit card, we support payment by Paypal but will need the client's help to cover the half of transfer fee.
